When Bob is decorating the house, Bingo and Rolly are already in their costume for the party. They can’t wait until the party begins. But then the pups hear that neighbor Chloe lost her costume. That is a real costume emergency!! Bingo and Rolly are going on a mission: Find Chloe’s Halloween Costume Mission. But it isn’t that easy when you don’t know what the costume looks like. Then they meet a ghost in the Far End of the Park…… Or isn’t it a ghost? Nothing is what it looks like on Halloween. Will Bingo and Rolly accomplish the Mission?
